Navigációs tudása és nagy képernyője miatt kizárólag országúti kerékpárra ajánlom az ELEMNT kompútert azoknak akik szeretnek mindent egy képernyőn látni, s nem szertnek lapozgatni edzés közben. Üzemidőben 2 órával tud többet, mint a kistesója az ELEMNT BOLT, illetve van hozzá egy könyöklőre való tartó is. A Wahoo topográfiai térképet nem kezel azaz sem a készülék, sem az APP, így terepen nem tudjuk kihasználni navigációs tudását. Akik egy kicsit beszélnek angolul, s szeretik az egyszerű kezelhetőség mellett a nagyobb tudást, a wahoo-ban nem csalódnak. Fontos, hogy csak okostelefonról lehet kezelni és visszanézni mindent. Igen aerodinamikus az egész kialakítása, s elég egyszerű megszokni a 6 gombos vezérlést is, mely logikus, illetve a front oldali 3 gombjának funkcióinak feladata változik, úgy a felirat is módosul felette, tehát egyszerű. Külsős alkalmazási kompatibilitása maximális Strava vagy / és TrainingPeaks oda vissza kommunikál a készülékkel. Mint elején írtam navigációs tudása is van a készüléknek, egyszerűen címre visz, mely tervezése telefonon, kb. a Waze tervezésének a negyede időben, még úgy is, hogy az útvonalat áttöltjük a készülékbe. Edzéstervezésben is otthonosan mozog a wahoo, mely egy igazán kerékpárosoknak készült eszközzel találkozhatnak.
Két csomagban kapható a sima és a BUNDLE.
Mindkettőben a készülék egyezik, illetve a kormánykonzol, könyöklőkonzol és az előrenyúló konzol megléte is. A Bundle csomagban egy Wahoo TICKR pulzusmérő mellkaspánt és egy kerékpáros sebesség és pedálfordulatmérő van a csomagban, természetesen gravitációs elven működő.

A Wahoo elemnt kerékpáros gps, mely igen összeforr a telefonoddal, a wahoo használhatósága példaértékű, igen egyszerű a munkamegosztás. Természetesen csak okostelefonnal nyílik meg a kompúter használata, annak hiányában nem lehet használni a készüléket teljesértékűen. Mivel könyöklőre
Okostelefonnal kompatibilis kizárólag a Wahoo, így webes alkalmazás nem lesz, csak APP. A Wahoo ELEMNT Companion APP-ot letöljük, majd az APP kéri a kompúterre kiírt QR kódot, s ezzel párosíthatjuk is a telefonunk a kompúterrel. Miután ez megtörtént létre kell hoznunk egy felhasználói fiókot, majd megtaníthatjuk neki Wi-Fi hálózatunk. A wahoo fiókunkat hozzákacsolhatjuk Strava, TrainingPeaks, Komoot illetvesok más fiókunkhoz, így automatikus lesz az adatátvitel ezentúl. Személyes beállításaink importálhatjuk a Health app-ból, de be is írhatjuk. Kiválaszthatjuk, hogy online nyomonkövetketőek szeretnénk e lenni valaki számára. így a kiválasztott bizalmi ismerős facebook, Twitter vagy e-mailes értesítése automatikus lesz edzés indításkor.
Ezután a telefonos app megmutatja mely gomboknak mi lesz a funkciója, mindezt persze angolul.
Az app használatá egyszerű, itt beállíthajuk igen egyszerűen az adatképernyőket és azok megjeleníteni kívánt adatait. Az ELMENT BOLT képernyőn két ledsor, ennek funkciója változtatható, azaaz kérhető rá sebesség vagy pulzus vagy wattszám kijelzése, így lényegében egy grafikus adatunk minden esetben látszik a képernyőn. Illetve navigációkor is láthatjuk, hogy az úton vagyunk, vagy letértünk, hiszen ekkor piros lesz a ledsorunk.

AERODINAMIKA
1,1W minusz, ami 40km-en 12,6 másodperc előnyt jelent. A tervezés két részből állt, amit sokszor elfelejtenek a gyártól, egyrészt a fejegység és a tartó egy egységet alkot, mely szélcsatornában lett tervezve, másrészt az előrenyúló tartó pozicionálja az órát, ami lényegében a szemből érkező szelet a kormányra továbbítja. Fontos itt a computer- tartó és a kormány elhelyezése, ami az aero mounttal igen jó összehngot ad megjelenésre is.

AERODINAMICS
Over 50% less drag than leading competitor. In a 40km time trial traveling at a 21mph, the rider with a Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT will be 12.6 seconds faster than the rider using the leading GPS bike computer competitor.
Designed to maximize readability. If you slightly tilt the leading competitor bike computer to better read the screen, the air resistance increases significantly, thus slowing the rider down. Conversely, if you tilt the ELEMNT BOLT (not that you need to because of its curved design) the air resistance does not change or affect the overall performance.
Minimizes air resistance. When using the BOLT aero mount – included in the box – the bike computer becomes a ‘system’, saving approximately 1.1 watts vs. the leading GPS bike computer. This equates to >50% reduction required power to push this system through the air.
