WARRANTY

The complete package comes with a 2-year warranty 

for consumers, which must be validated with the invoice and warranty card. For products purchased from us, these details can be looked up in our system.
Warranty service can be carried out at Navi-Gate Kft. or at Zergesport Kft. (us).
Last year our average warranty turnaround time was 2 days; issues were typically resolved with a software update or a device replacement. Disassembly/board-level repairs are not supported.
For legal entities (business customers), the warranty period is uniformly 2 years.

OUT OF WARRANTY

Two options may apply:

  1. Software issues are still handled free of charge, if a software fix is possible.

  2. Fixed-fee replacement is available; the amount and availability are set by the Hungarian importer, Navi-Gate Kft. For the fixed fee and the return of the faulty unit, the customer receives a new device (with a few days’ lead time, i.e., not immediately).

IMPORTANT

For products not purchased from us or not obtained through the Navi-Gate Kft. reseller network, we do not provide warranty, servicing, or support, and we are unable to handle the product.
In such cases, please contact the place of purchase, or follow the support process provided at the time of purchase.
