1 year — verified by invoice and warranty card. For products purchased from us, this is traceable in our system. Warranty can be claimed at Navi-Gate Kft or Zergesport Kft.

Our average warranty service time in 2022 was 2 days — resolved by software update or device replacement. As there is no repair service for these products, in case of a defect we provide a new unit with a 1-year warranty.

Out of Warranty

Two options are available:

Software issues are still resolved free of charge, where possible.
A fixed-fee replacement service is available — by returning the defective device, the customer receives a new unit (with a few days turnaround time). The fee is determined by the Hungarian importer, Navi-Gate Kft.
