Garmin Dashboard Discs (Large & Small)
What is it?
This is a genuine (OEM) Garmin accessory that includes two discs of different sizes – one large and one small – in the package. These discs can be attached to your vehicle's dashboard and provide an alternative mounting surface for the suction cup mount of Garmin devices (originally designed for windscreen mounting).
How does it work?
Simply choose a smooth, suitable area on the dashboard, peel off the white adhesive backing on the disc, and attach the black disc to the dashboard. Your Garmin device's original suction cup mount can then attach to this disc in the same way it would stick to a windscreen using suction.
This is a great solution for anyone who doesn't want to mount their navigation device on the windscreen and would rather keep it on the dashboard instead – for example, for aesthetic reasons, or because the windscreen's angle or material isn't ideal for a suction cup mount.
