The Garmin Instinct 22mm watch band is compatible with the following Garmin Instinct models:

Instinct Instinct Solar Instinct 2 Instinct 2 Solar Instinct E 45mm

Not compatible with the following models: Instinct 2S • Instinct 2X • Instinct 3 45mm • Instinct 3 50mm

Good to know: Fénix 5 / Fénix 6 / Quatix 5 / Quatix 6 22mm bands are compatible with the Instinct, however this does not work the other way around – Instinct bands do not fit the Fénix / Quatix models. This is due to differences in the lug design.

Replacing the watch band is straightforward. Always use the original pin!

The Garmin Instinct 22mm watch band is compatible with the following Garmin Instinct models:
