The complete package is covered by a 3-year warranty for consumers, which must be supported by an invoice and warranty card.  For products purchased from us, this can be retrieved in our system. The warranty can be claimed at Navi-Gate Ltd or Zergesport Ltd (us). Last year, our average warranty service time was 2 days, which could either be solved by a software update or by replacing the device. There is no breakdown service for our products. 

For legal entities, the warranty period is 2 years uniformly.
