Description

Replace the quarter-turn mounting tabs on your Edge® 1050 cycling devices. Kit contains 1 quarter-turn tab and 2 screws. Learn how to replace the quarter-turn mount tabs.

How to Replace the Mounting Tabs on Edge 1050 Series

The mounting tabs on the back of the following Edge Cycling computers are user-replaceable:

  • Edge® 1050

Steps to Replace:

  1. Using the Size 0 Philips screwdriver, remove the mounting tab by removing the two screws holding it in place.
  2. Place the new mounting tab on and secure using the new screws. New screws will have a thread-locking adhesive applied to the threads.
  3. To ensure the screws tightened enough, there should be no movement between the tabs and Edge.
